Russia’s Novotroitsk plant invests 868 mln rbl in ferroalloy unit
NIZHNY NOVGOROD, Feb 13 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Novotroitsk Plant of Chromium Compounds has invested 868.1 million rubles in construction of a ferroalloy production facility in the city of Novotroitsk, the Orenburg Region government said in a statement late on February 10.
The annual production capacity of the new facility is 240 tonnes of degassed aluminothermal chrome in the form of tablets, 7.1 tonnes of metallurgic chrome oxide, and 300 tonnes of ferromolybdenum. The new production will be exported, the government said.
